CX Week 2023 is a time dedicated to further develop the customer-focused culture at Daimler Truck North America. This year, we are continuing our commitment of delivering great Customer Experience at every touchpoint by again offering Field Events activities.
The Field Events are a unique experience where DTNA employees head out to customers and dealers to learn firsthand in the field.
By allowing employees to put themselves in the shoes of the customers and dealers, participants gain a thorough understanding of the business, industry, and challenges unique to the customer or dealer.

- When should I register?
Please register immediately to reserve your preferred time and location. Registration will close early if all spots are filled.
- What is the deadline for registering?
Registration opens August 22, 2023 at 8:00AM PST and will close September 7, 2023 at 8:00PM PST. Registration will close early if all spots are filled and emails will be added to waitlists by location (Portland, Fort Mill, Detroit, Fort Worth, TBB).
- What should I expect?
Expect an engaging day out in the field, connecting with colleagues and interacting with the customer or dealer representatives. At each location, expect minimal sitting, with the majority of the day walking and standing.
- What is expected of me?
As a representative of DTNA, you should be engaged during the visit, paying attention, and asking questions when appropriate. As we are visiting our customers and dealers during their business day, we need to be courteous, respectful, and appreciative.
- What is the attire for the field events?
Wear comfortable, business casual clothing. You may be indoors and outdoors during a tour, so be prepared for the weather that day. Closed-toe shoes are required and jeans are permitted if clean and in good condition. You are required to wear personal protective equipment in all locations, which will be provided to you at check-in on the day of the event.
- Where should I meet on October 10th?
All office locations have a designated conference room where participants will gather by 8AM for check-in, which includes getting your name badge and safety equipment.
Groups will be dismissed for the buses by event location to reduce confusion and congestion at the bus loading areas. For events furthest from the office locations, expect loading to begin around 8:15AM with departure at 8:30AM.

- Do I have to take the bus to the event?
Yes, all participants must first check-in at the office location to receive safety equipment and name badge. Participants may not drive themselves due to safety and site capacity constraints.
- Is lunch provided?
Yes, lunch is provided at the event locations. If you have dietary restrictions, please inform us of those during the registration process, and we will do our best to accommodate requests. If you have additional questions or concerns about this, please email us at info@CXDay.live.
